K-pop boy band SF9 to release ‘The Piece OF9’ on Jan. 9

SF9 is set to release the EP “The Piece OF9” on Jan. 9.
 
The boy band’s agency FNC Entertainment has been teasing the new album on the boy band’s social media pages for the last week.
 
According to the agency, “The Piece OF9” is about SF9 picking up the “pieces” like a “puzzle” to create “one whole story.” Teaser images were posted in three different batches with the keywords “Scene,” “Freeze” and “Catch.”
 
The lead track is called “Puzzle.”
 
SF9 has nine members: Yoo Tae-yang, Youngbin, Zuho, Hwiyoung, Inseong, Rowoon, Jaeyoon, Dawon and Chani. It debuted in 2016 and is known for songs such as “Good Guy” (2020), “Summer Breeze” (2020) and “Trauma” (2021).
 
The band recently wrapped up its United States tour.
