No more dividers at school
Teaching staffers at Samil Technical High School in Suwon, Gyeonggi, remove partitions that divide tables at the school’s cafeteria on Monday, installed as a safety measure to prevent Covid-19, ahead of the new academic semester in March. Students will no longer be required to check their temperatures when arriving at school starting this semester. Korea’s new Covid-19 cases hit the lowest figure in eight months on Monday, dropping to 4,026. The weekly average dropped by 15 percent every week over the past month, according to the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasure Headquarters on Monday. [YONHAP]
