Electronics display boards show flights arriving at Jeju International Airport being canceled on Thursday afternoon. A total of 236 flights departing and arriving at Jeju International Airport were canceled as of 3 p.m. Thursday due to heavy snow, according to the Korea Airports Corporation. A total of 448 flights were scheduled to depart from and arrive at Jeju airport on the same day. A heavy snow warning has been issued for mountain areas of Jeju Island Thursday, according to Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA).
